the one thing this update has done is make VO fantastic with safari. you can
now click on text elements and even better if you hit the back button it seems
to remember where i was when i clicked the link. anyone who has used
screenreaders on windows will fined that using safari is abit like
As to the auto ducking, take a look in the commands available to a commander
keystroke or gesture. It might be hiding in one of those menus, so you could
just toggle it with a commander. I don't know since I don't yet have the
update, but that is my first reaction.

button is labeled with the help tag, I can at least label it myself and then

Actually the unlabeled buttons not with standing, iBooks is quite usable with
Voiceover. Make sure that you have list selected. I’ve also have been able to
download a sample chapter of an iBooks version of a book I have in PDF, and it
is much better. The app certainly needs a little wor

Yes. ibooks does need a lot of waork accessibility wise. I do think its
usable though. But it feels very much like a beta product.
