Didn't notice any followups to this so I thought I'd try to answer one or two. 2 - If you just ordered your machine it should ship with Lion which is OSX 10.7. On OSX there is a persistent menu bar across the top of the screen which is reached via VO-M. The first menu item is always the Apple
