CRM customer relationship management software is what a call centre would use
for logging incoming / outgoing calls to service teams or customers.
If you are looking for something to log accounts / accounting billing related

I use wave for invoicing and account tracking. I am not able to schedule
appointments with it. Also, it only uses increasing numbers for invoices.
That said, it is quite usable. And, it is free unless one uses it for
credit card payments. Those are charged at a low rate. I am using Stripe

I am so sorry, I did a horrible job of communicating. Civi CRM works
with WordPress. It is not a stand-alone app.
