Well go figure, in Alex's mind, chip, what have you, "oz," is always pronounced
"ounces," so I wou type in "the wizard of oz" and he prnounses it "the wizard
of ounces."

Hash tag is the correct name for that symbol though. We in the US call it the
number sign but I believe the word hash is used globally. Might explain the
difference. Also terabytes or TB/S could be interchanged with table spoons but

It looks like VoiceOver does the same thing with the number or hash
symbol,also known more commonly as the hashtag nowadays. I’ll explain the best
