Yes,, it says "send new messages from". It's in the "composing" tab.

A pop-up window lets you choose a specific account, or use the account you are
currently reading messages in.

Plus if still unsure or if you have been wandering around in other sub
folders or something, you can tab through the dialog for composing the
message and listen for the From e-mail address which should up as a
push button menu. If you want to change what is currently spoken, just
press that button

inbox your in at the time.
