Hi James,
I get that message sometimes with my Connect 24 even though I'm using it
regularly. I have to forget the device and set up the pairing again.
Obviously a bug that hopefully Apple will fix. Just ignore that message and do
what you need to do to get it to work.

Hi:
On the older units, press dots 36 to access menus, then press dot 3 to move
through options, the newer displays use the instructions I provided below.

Hi Scott,
A slight correction. The 3 key is indeed used to cycle from the top of the
menu structure down, but the 4 key is used to go in the opposite direction.
The 1 key definitely does not move anywhere on the Connect 24.

Hi Scott,
I use the 6 key on my Connect to move down the options and the 3 key to go the

Sarai,
He is not able to hear the tones, but aside from this it seems he may have an
older model or at least the steps I recall using on the Brailliant I have at
the office are not working for him. I was trying to remember the steps since
the Brailliant is at the office and I use a Refreshabrai
Hi:
You need to go in to the advanced options on the Brailliant. Hold down the 1st
and 40th curser router buttons. Then add the 1st and 4th vertical keys. You'll
hear a beep. Let up on the keys, and you'll be in the advanced menu options,
where you can change to Bluetooth.
