The watch only pairs with one primary device at a time I believe. So not sure
this would work at all.

It should play from your phone,
The watch is an add on to the phone and receives it's information from the
phone.
The watch is only a control panel for the phone, I've never been able to get my
watch to play music through the watch itself

be paired to one IOS device at a time. And to my knowledge, that device has to
be an iPhone. So your watch can only control music being played from the phone
witch it is paired.
