There is DeepFreeze for the Mac that will do what you're asking. Not sure of
it's accessibility as we no longer use it in our facilities.

Hi I have noticed this too, I am using iCloud Mail so am wondering if
their junk filtr is flagging certain messages as viruses yet they are
coming to my inbox? I will do a full scan of my PC to make sure I am not
