I don't know what VO+M is supposed to do in radium, but if you're trying to
access menu items, there's a pop up button called More Options that has a bunch
of menu items you can select from. They might have done away with VO+M for that
button. And yes, it is compatible with Sierra.

Radium has not been updated in well over a year. So possible its not
compatible with Sierra. I have not put it back in since installing
Sierra and not likely to do so.

I am in El Capitan using Radium. So you can’t use Radium without menu?
