Yeah you can do it.
Under the store menu, log in to the account and then go and view the content
of your account, one of the options will be manage
Under this should be the option to remove devices from yoru account.

I believe you have to select to unauthorize all devices and then authorize
the ones you want. This is done in your iTunes account settings.
