Yeah,
Turn it off completely and then hold down the command key and letter R keys at
the same time.
While holding those down press the power on key, and keep holding command and
r for approx. 30 seconds.
This puts you in the recovery console
You can start up voiceover using command f5
Then
Hi!
You can use the recovery tool (command r on startup) or if your mac is
old, just use a USB installer, then reinstall it and don't configure
it with any apple id.
