yup! I think that’s it. I’m charging my braille e-reader which is connected to
my phone via bluetooth. when it’s charging, it’s on. thanks.

It sounds like you may have either a Braille display or some other keyboard
connected. Either enter the code from whatever connected device you have, or
turn it off completely and enter it from your phone. Just a guess, hopefully
maybe that will help.
