I got it to work. I followed the directions on this article and all are gone.
Now for some reason my voice memos are not but I'll trouble shoot that one in
the morning, again. lol!

I've never had that happen. Usually I change it to old by listening to it but
this time it won't play. so this thing is empty. Is there a way to clear all
visual voicemail from the visual voice mail part with out out listening to them
all?
