Insert the drive to your mac. Find the file you want to copy. Press command c
to copy. Find your thumb drive on your desktop. Press command o to open it.
Interact with the table. Press command v to paste.

Go to where the file is, copy it with command c, go to the thumb drive, open
the drive and then hit command v.
