Yes, I guess. I also noticed this on another unit I set up this week as well as
mine.
Actually, it’s not really that bad, I was just curious if this is a production
wide problem.

I have been noticing the VoiceOver volume fluctuation on every MacBook Pro and
MacBook Air I have purchased/setup in the past 4 months or so including on my
own new MBP.
