hearing the indicator is that the page is, in fact, stuck at whatever
percentage. And since the most usual cause of these slow loading elements are
ad servers and social media buttons, I suggest you grab and install AdB
it's on the configuration of your voice over setting. go to voice over
preferences then web, the web page loading, then you can change this what ever
you want.
