Speaking of Jethro Tull, you could say that Siri is Thick as a Brick at the

Hi Mary,
I would probably just delete the stereo pair, and then re-create it. A pain, I
know, but better that than having to do it twice.
As for the restart, it's not perfect but it did help. I still think there are
some issues on Apple's end. There's still one album that absolutely will not

I just tried it again, with the same result. So here is a stupid question. How
do I get the HomePod to restart? Tim made that recommendation, and short of

Well, I have a stereo pair. So when it asks me which one I want to restart, or
remove, it’s going to be both of them. It will be interesting to see if that
shows up. I have really been avoiding restarting anything since all the iOS 13
problems came out. But I suppose that really is fixed now. I
Hi Mary,
To restart your HomePod,
1. Open the Home app.
2. Select the HomePod you want to restart.
3. Flick up and select Open Controls.
4. Once controls are open, at the very bottom of the screen, you'll see Remove
Device. Tap that.
I did unplug mine, let it sit for a few minutes, and then plu

Well, re-started and re-paired. Some improvement, but still some albums won't
play. I've sent a feedback report to Apple. Thanks for your help with this,
Tim.

Hi,
You may not be experiencing the same error as I am then. The "Details button
will only appear if you're having some sort of error. In either case, I
suggest that you tell the HomePods to restart so that any miscommunication can
hopefully be remedied. When Siri is behaving like that, it s
Hey Tim,
Thanks for checking this out. Where do you see the Details button? I don't see
it. But I'm also not seeing any error messages. I am able to view the HomePod,
see my account info, and the HomePod settings.
Cheers,
Donna

Hi Donna,
When your HomePod is not playing music, try going into the Home app on your
iPhone or iPad. It should see your HomePods. See if it is telling you that
there is a problem with a Details button. I couldn't get it to work properly
initially by just pressing the Details button and goin
Hi,
Not really. Although I tend to play playlists that I've created instead of
albums, so I cannot truly compare. I will try to replicate your issue later
and get back to you.
Later...
