Hi, Audio description only works on the third generation. You can, however, use an iPhone or iPad and get Netflix descriptions and then airplay the show including descriptions to the Apple TV. The second gen cannot run the latest Apple TV update which is required for audio description. Robert

The site works fairly well on the Mac. You do have to download the silverlite plugin, which safari will find for you. The downside is that as far as I know, there isn't a way to use the controls for the player, i.e. play, pause, etc. You would have to start the video over again. Someone correct
