Hi Scott.
You buy Nike trainers. Underneath the left sole which you lift up, there is a
small hole. In the hole there is a small foam which is round. You lift it out
and put your sensor in it. When you buy the trainers, you get the sensor with
them. You then replace the soul.

Also, there is a Nike + iPod section in the settings of the iPhone, like there
is on the Nano. Maybe you can get the fitness app separately? Just don't get
why they wouldn't include it on the iPhone.

there are two heart monitors according to the Apple UK site, one from Polorwear
and the other from Nike themselves. do both not work on the iPhone 4, this
would seem odd, since surely the Nike one should work with Nike software?

Can you detail this more, I'm very interested.
Are these special shoes or do you add these to existing shoes? I have the
shocks can you retrofit censors on these?
Tell me more how this works and how you like them.
Thanks
Scott

saying? all his podcasts are excellent) and he might have done one on the Nike+

I think there is a small charge for ooTunes, and yes it is a radio app, I
think TuneIn Radio is free, so you could try that if you do not want to pay.
But ooTunes is only a couple of dollars / pounds. It also has additional
benefits apart from being able to stream over 50,000 radio stations it
What's OOtunes? Are these radio apps free? I just want something which will
make me go faster! I'm not subscribed to the Viphone list as I can't handle
the traffic so I'm sorry if it's not etticotte to post my questions on here.

You could even just listen to a podcast and go for a gentle walk. But I find
music makes you go faster, you can also set the Nike+ not to play any music but
still get the announcements and instead you could listen to a ra

The application can connect to a sensor that you place in your sneakers, the
sensor sends information back to your iPhone or iPod Touch/Nano, the
information that is sent back is speed, distance, time, calories burnt etc, and
you can either use the built in speech of the app or Voiceover, you ca

The program allows you to track millage, calories, time, etc. You have to have

Go to the settings menu on your phone, scroll down to the Nike+ on / off
switch. Turn it on, and an application will appear on one of your home

Hey Mark,
Thanks for the reply. Luckily my treadmill has buttons which are easy to feel,
so no problems there. My treadmill also has a built in iPod doc and speakers
