Actually I'm curious about this myself. The problem is you can get everything to run through usb, or everything through headphones/digital i/o, or just the speakers on the mac, but I haven't seen a way to have VO run through one output and music run through a different output. On Nov 29, 2009, at

I remember having to work with this when I got a USB headset, try going to sound in the system preferences. It doesn't switch until you tell it to. Bad thing is, you can't actually switch back without the headset on. so if your batteries go dead, your stuck with USB sound as opposed to just unpl
