Tweetlist has filters as well. Also, Tweetlist offers a lite version which is free, and a pro version ($2 I believe) which has all the features. I'm not sure what the lite version lacks, but the descriptions can tell you. For the Mac, YoruFukurou is the best client I've found; it has not just us

Hi, Either tweet list Pro or Twitterrific are amazing. The one gripe I have with tweet list is the push notifications aren't in realtime, and Twitterrifics are. A note to warn about Twitterrific, their push notifications are in beta, so they're allowing groups of up to 1000 users per week. On A
