You can actually just click an Notifications with the up and down arrow and it
opens the Notification Center where you can turn on Do Not Disturb for 24 hours.

about. I had to actually interact first with the notifications table, then
vo+left arrow to scroll up the screen, as apparently it doesn't take you to
the top of that table by default. Once I did this, I found it.
