I am prompted to install the helper, but do not see how to install the
helper in Firefox. Also, I have some websites with multiple accounts. So I
really need to be able to select account that it auto fills. In safari, how
does this work? I have the extension installed.

In Firefox, have you installed the 1Password helper? On the Mac,
have you installed the Safari extension?
In Firefox, after I press control-\ and enter my master password,
the login information is entered and its done.

last pass to auto-fill passwords... it will either do it automatically, or
it will do it if I press the applications key, up arrow to last pass, right

Yes my 1Password is loaded with data too. On Windows its easy to log
into sites but I do all editing on the Mac. I have yet to use it on my
iPhone but its there if I need it away from home.

I use 1Password on my Mac, and iOS devices. I like it. I still haven't figured
out a good workflow for websites. But I can access what I need and it does
well. I support person send me the keystrokes to be able to do it smoother. I
need to play around with it a bit more to be really proficient a
1Password works well under Windows and Sierra. I use it mainly on
the Windows machine while I get used to certain parts of Sierra.
