the command for going to a previous page in Safari is command-left bracket. for
me this doesn't always work and I have to end up going into history and
clicking on the previous page.
the command for going to the top of an email list is: command-option-up arrow.
and for going to the bottom: com

To go back to the previous page, press cmd-left bracket, this is the key just
to the right of the "p" key. If you've interacted with the list of messages,
you can use either cmd-up or VO-FN-left.
