My notifications on my 4S have never worked properly. It down't matter how
much I format my phone so I think their is a bug in the software.

The subject basically says it all. I mainly use the fluent news app to keep up
with news from all sources. When I had this appp installed on my previous
iPhone running iOS 5, push notifications were sent through with no problems. On
my 4S, however, I am never sent push notifications
