Hi,
I can’t see that the font would be an issue here. When you navigate to the
file, then press cmd-i to Get Info, what information is displayed? Was it a
true text file, or something else that the person just changed the extension on
thinking that would make it into a txt file?

Hi Dan, it is a txt file. Probably when they saved it on windows, they saved it
in a unrecognized fund by Mac. Do you have any suggestions how I could change
the font to something compatible? I looked for Unicode fond in pages, but I
couldn’t find them.

If scanned it is a graphic of text, needs ocr.
