Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way in Pro Tools. One can move to the name
fields within the Mix or Edit windows and Shift-click on the track name but it
doesn't always work with voiceOver. It certainly works for sighted users but

Then turn off cursor tracking [ vo+shift+f3 ]
Then I lock the vo keys [ vo+semicolon ]
