That’s something then you might want to look into however. I do not have any
issues with bluetooth on my 2014 retina MBP with El Capitan 10.11.4 installed.

Issues with Bluetooth. Just did a clean install of El Capitan and
still unreliable BT though it simply could be El Cap.

something like that. This is not accessible though, which is odd but it
