menu with voiceover" or something for that effect. I thought i should look

VO M TWO times is the maximum you should have to hit it, but I see now by
experimentation that hitting it three times will just stall on Menu Extras,
which is like the Status menu in Snow Leopard. Spotlight comes up with the
command-space shortcut…

To interact with an menu extra you simply press VO + Space and then use your
down arrow to explore the menus.
