In El Capitan, the VoiceOver command to jump to the top has changed. It no
longer uses the shift key. So VO+home now takes you to the top and VO+end takes
you to the bottom. If you add the shift, you are taken to the first and last
visible item.

interact with the messages or mailboxes tables; in Finder, you will be able to
browse folder/file lists without interacting, same for the sidebar; in
Messages, you can arrow through the conversations table without inter

VoiceOver says after the command. For example, it may say "follow user, f"

Indeed there is, but it isn't a keyboard shortcut. Find a tweet from the person
(use cmd-u if you don't have them in your selected tab already). Once you are
on a tweet from them, move left or right until you find the "drawer". Interact,
find and open the "user action menu", arrow down to "follo
Subject line says it all? I can't find a keyboard shortcut to do this.
Surely there's a way to follow someone!!
