Doing a one finger tripple tap does a long press on the item and I guess for
some items it makes a difference.

Hi Dave, I just went into VoiceOver practice area in settings and it reports
that a three finger I’m sorry a one finger triple tap performs a “long press“.
Somewhere along the way I heard of it as a “secondary activate double quote. In
other words an alternative to a one finger double tap.

Never heard that a triple single finger tap would be any different from a
double single finger tap, unless it’s been programmed to do something different.
