Hi,
As far as I can tell, it's only for the iPhone 7 which likely was sold with a
earlier iteration of the iOS. Those of us who updated on or after the public
release last Tuesday already have 10.01.

Sounds good, so far so good after updating.

Scott,
It was the same thing here. The 7 I got on Friday, was running 10.0. I
wondered about that, but thought that perhaps that was the last approved
release before they shipped the phone (I'm not a beta tester.) this morning,
10.01 showed up.

Wonder why the update didn’t show up until over the weekend. I tried it Friday
first thing on activation.

No I don't have a 7. I'm running the latest gold master build which is the
public release on my iPhone SE. Odds are that that update you saw was for the 7
to be on the same version as everyone else.

So when I got my iPhone unpacked I was running 10.0 which was different than
the version in my old phone which was the 10.0.1. I ran the software update
though and nothing was available. I never enrolled my new phone in the beta
program so unless it’s based on the ID I don’t think so. I never
Hey Scott. Are you still on the beta? When I checked for updates, my iPhone
said that my software was up to date. I find it odd that Apple would release an
update over the weekend but oh well. Oh yeah, my software update screen said
that I was running 10.0.1 already.

bluetooth stability and apple watch connectivity, and other stability
improvements. Sounds important for performance so update em if you got
