necessary. Like a person remarked, most of the time, VO shift M will bring up
the context menu you require. But, when this doesn't work

vo-command-f5 will rout the mouse to vo.
To get a context menu, you want to try vo-shift-m first. Most of the time that
works.
vo-h brings up the Voiceover help menu. From there, you can get a list of most
of the commands.

I have created a track pad commander shortcut that will perform a "right-mouse
click" when I hold the CTRL+two-finger double-tap.
There is a program in my Doc that I would like to access, but in order to reach
some extra menus the manual suggests the aforementioned mouse option.
