the search field to the search results in iTunes on the Mac?

There is. Instead of pressing enter, since the search is dynamic in nature,
vo-right to the search results table and vo-shift-down to interact with the
table. Vo-up or vo-down to the result you want, then press enter.

stop interacting, use VO+End to jump to the bottom of the screen which lands
