Actually i did this on thursday so yes.
But sadly it did not help.
And accessibility team can not reproduce the issue.
So i am stuck.

If Keyboard Help announces the hotspot commands correctly, then it isn’t to do
with the Swedish keyboard. Have you reinitialised the PRAM lately? That
sometimes fixes anomalies like this.

Ok, so i did a reset of my vo settings and still no go for hotspot number 2.
I tested this on my mac mini mid 2011 and my new macbook air.
So how in the world can this be device specific as the accessibility team
stated?
I have got back to them so i hope i will get any advice.
