After one test, I think this app will be exactly what I was looking for when I posted my question. It does what it says on the box: takes your files, and makes them into an Apple-compatible audio book (M4B file) complete with chapters and optional parts. Well worth the $5, assuming it keeps doin

It should work out if you do not mind the job of building each book the way you want it. No gotchas in this app. I did not choose to send completed jobs straight into iTunes or even into the Automatically Add folder, I like a bit more control over things. From E.T.'s Keyboard... ancient

I should have specified that, beyond simply joining the files end to end, I want to preserve chapter navigation. Each track in the playlist should be its own chapter, ideally. I'd also like to avoid re-encoding these files, as they're already MP3, not uncompressed, raw audio. > On Feb 28, 2016,
