thanks! I had tried clicking on that, but nothing happened, so I thought it
was just static text. It's all taken care of now, nice to know how to do this,

If you VO right arrow from the table listing your prefered networks, you should
end up on a group. I forgot what it is called but, interact with this group and
inside you will see the rmove button

Hi Tim,
After seeing this message, I decided to go into my list and clean out some of
the networks I no longer use. However, I do not see any way to delete networks
from the list. So once you've selected the network you want to remove, how do
you go about deleting it?

I wonder if the network order is set wrong for your networks.
1. Go to System Prefs.
2. Into the Network pane.
3. Make sure that WiFI is selected in the Services table.
4. Navigate near the bottom of the pane and press the Advanced button.
5. In the Preferred Networks table, take a look
It's not, it's just an old router from Best Buy. Before I connect, the Mac
identifies the network as WPA/WPA2, and once I connect it says only WPA2, so
it's probably running in the mode you described already. I say probably because
that was not made clear in the router's setup page - all it said

If you're using an Apple WiFi device like an Express, Extreme or Time Capsule,
you can set it to WPA/Wpa2 Personal which may assist the Mini. I'm guessing
that the Mini's WiFi card is having difficulties with the WPA2 protocol.
