You can try an undo command, in case that does anything, but other than that
I'm not sure. I've never seen that happen, though I don't use the app you
mentioned. I wish I had better news, but maybe someone else on the list will
think of something I don't know.

This is a first for me. I have lost several paragraphs of a document I was
