I can't speak for the iphone 6 case, since I have an iphone 5s, but the Mophie juice pack case for it is great, no problems at all. If you want a battery case, I would definitely go with that. On the other hand, if you want an external battery pack, I would consider the Anker models. Mophie mak

Hi Phil, the Anker external batteries are reliable and beautifully built. The one I have is 20,000 MHA, which depending on your needs may be overkill. When I'm travelling from here to the US or Europe, it's wonderful and can charge an iPhone, an iPad, and other small devices several times over.
