Pages will not allow you to work in a .DOCX /.DOC format.
You can open one of these files, but you cannot work in either of these formats.

Then I have pasted the link but its not working for me.
It seems the document is a pdf document too which I did not expect.
My Terapeut said it should be a docx file but it wasn’t.

The links should be able to be activated via click or vO-shift-M. I generally,
do this just automatically, but if you need me to verify something I can.
In Windows, Microsoft Word has two different links, only one of which shows up
in JAWS's link list functions, I believe the other one shows up
Have you tried in Pages or Word?
