For me, the refresh all podcasts is still down toward the bottom of the
screen. It's one VO+right arrow from the episodes table. I love that
they don't put unplayed at the top of the table, because it lets me get
more quickly to the podcasts. I have tons upon tons of podcasts in

I am running El Capitan 10.11.5 and the latest version of iTunes.
I have manual refresh as the default for all my podcasts, mainly so that I can
control when they are refreshed and hence stop podcast download interfering
with Apple TV playing of iTunes content.
