as far as I understood there is no language detection in Mac. I read from the
old posts there is a way to make it easier rather than manually changed.

I don't see how VO could detect a change of language without tags being
inserted in the text. This can be done in HTML and works for the iPhone, and
you can insert tags manually into text documents for GhostReader to identify
