I've tried to reset all VoiceOver Preferences on my MacBook Air, because
my keyboard is writing strange symbols for the @ sign and other symbols.
Resetting VO back to factory defaults didn't fix the issue either. Is there
anything else to check? I'd rather not reinstall the OS,
