I reboot my phone if it starts behaving oddly. But I do not reboot my watch.

heard that reboot of products can remove temp files but I don’t know if that’s
rumor or fact.

I rarely reboot my Apple Watch. This is true for my current watch, or any of
the prior models I have owned.

have though, just with the I phone and watch.

Why not just leave the watch turned on? Also, one thing you could try is put
the watch back on the charger and see if it starts up that way.

If I turn my watch off in the morning and try to turn it back on it will not
start. I have had this watch for a few weeks. However, this wasn’t happening
before it got updated. I called Apple Care and they told me to hold the
Digital Crown in and the power button in for 30 seconds to mak
