I’m not seeing this at all. I’m also on the latest version of Yosemite and
itunes and pressing right arrow expands the categories immediately.

I am using the latest version of iTunes on yosemite. All is well until I try to
use Internet Radio. If I try to expand any category iTunes goes busy and I
eventually have to force quit it. Is anybody else experiencing this behavior

Internet radio stations that have live streaming are found by activating the
Internet radio button and the iTunes Radio stations from Apple are under the
iTunes Radio button.
