hi, I'm pretty sure that I've always had to operate in that manner, although, I may have just got used to doing things that way and didn't realize when that was changed. Also, there were a few things in the latest iTunes that broke the way we were used to doing things with keyboard navigation

Ron, Often Ricardo's suggestion of vo command h does exactly what you want, even though you are not already in the html area of ITunes. It use to work 100% of the time for me. Lately, sometimes it does not work, and I have no clue why that is. Type the search term, press enter and do vo command
