Sound Cloud is a social app for posting sound effects and music projects.
iTunes Match allows you to download music from your library from iTunes that
might be complete or have a higher bit-rate. I haven’t used the app called
sound Flower, but that one might be a different matter entirely.

Sound cloud and Itunes match are 2 totally unrelated services. Really, nothing
similar, nothing to compare or discuss here.
