is, the "Hide" button is part of the Header Group but it is not within the
Header text. So, when VO reads "From", try Interacting with that area, then
you should hear more details about the sender, the subject

I wonder, can you use Items Chooser menu to search for "from?" I wonder if
that might be easier, at this point, than navigating to it, until navigation is

navigating with VO-right, it should read the word "From", then the sender's
name, then it will move to the next line and read the word "Subject" and if you
continued, it would read the actual subject then move onto t
When I go to the subject line via that method, is it supposed to go word for

Jennifer,
I believe that you missing one Interaction step.
• If you VO-right and VO reads "Hide", then go left to the Header area again.
• Interact with that Header area and VO-right past the sender's name to the
Subject.
• Then VO-left back to when you hear the sender's name again.

Don't give up. I've noticed that the way you are trying to reply doesn't
always work for me either. It works for me if I go over to the subject then
back again, then do vo-shift-m. Then I get the address, copy and whatever else
OK, I am trying, again, to reply to one person, however, when I navigate to
message headers then interact with it which gives me the person's name then VO
right arrow to what is hide, then VO left arrow to the from field again, and
then do VO shift M as in Mary.
