Not yet, just written to them through their Support system. I’ll give them a
while to answer before I escalate the situation, although to be honest I’ve
lost confidence in the process already. If it can fail on a whim, then I’m not
going to depend on it going forward.

Have you called apple yet? Surely talking to someone about this can rectify the
