Carbon copy cloner did the trick. I can really recommend this program.
Maybe superduper also could have done it. But I was only interesting to copy to
a folder.

I cannot recommend carbon copy cloner enough. Not only can it clone your entire
hard drive, provide timed backups, it can also copy and back up selected
folders and it will work around all the problems you will have using a finder
copy.

I need to make a backup of my homefolder. You would say peace of cake. Yes
that's true, but 1 file can not be backed up, and the process stops. What can I
do so the process will continue and ignore the files that can not be coppied.
